Yes. Couri is fully flexible, you set your own availability and accept only the jobs you want. Many of our couriers work with us alongside other commitments.
If something comes up, contact our support team immediately via phone or in-app chat. We'll work with you to find a solution. Repeated cancellations without notice may affect your standing on the platform.
No prior experience is required. We'll give you all the information you need for each job through the app. What matters most is reliability, care, and professionalism.
Van drivers and bike couriers using their own vehicle must hold valid hire & reward (H&R) insurance. If you use a Couri-provided bike, it's covered under our fleet policy.
Gigee is our onboarding partner. Once you apply, they'll guide you through uploading your documents and completing identity verification. Typically completed within 24 hours.
Yes. During onboarding you'll set your preferred delivery zones. You'll only be offered jobs within those areas, and you can update your preferences at any time through the app.
